The backlit-keyboard makes using the laptop in the dark very easy, and the design of the keyboard makes it very difficult to mis-type. The screen's resolution is phenomenal, and there is no comparison to any other laptop. In comparison to a Windows laptop, the battery-life beats it hands down when using memory-heavy programs, and there is no noise whatsoever from the fans (at first I was worried they weren't working due to the silence) I have OS X, Windows and Linux running on it as I use each almost everyday, and it handles the load perfectly.
